 Customizable trainings & workshops with content and duration to meet your specific organizational needs and goals. We determine where your organization is in its diversity, international education, and inclusion development, and formulate a workshop and/or training to meet your specific needs. 

 Stories have long served as a powerful act of resistance. One of the many harmful legacies of colonialism and white supremacy is the systematic erasure of Black voices and narratives. Creating spaces where Black individuals can share their agrarian stories, in their own words, is a testament to Black resistance and resilience.  Research on Black farmers and growers is limited, and we endeavor to remedy that.

ROOTED

Trainings, workshops, and resources for faith-based programs and organizations. A combination of  guided workshops and resources that urge participants to draw on the tenets of one's beliefs, and values, to address issues of diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice. Participants will:

 -Engage in intergroup &  inter-faith dialogues

 -Move faith based values from theory to practice

-Identify intentional ways to move their faith beyond a building

-Explore skills that move participants towards increased cultural humility
