Additionally, clients will receive a list of appropriate resources and action items. We also offer workshops, training, and coaching for faculty, students and staff.

Executive profiles – Porshè Chiles serves as Founder and Lead Trainer/Facilitator of Endurance Consulting, LLC. An intercultural, diversity, and global competency expert for higher education institutes for several years, Ms. Chiles draws on her experience in higher education development, training, and teaching in identity, culture, and global awareness. Porshè provides an intersectional approach and lens to the field. Porshè has led the Mapping the Knowledge Base project for Abroad Student Engagement, developed lines of inquiry on the efficacy of pre-, during, and post-abroad curricula on abroad student engagement and global mindset growth; created and led U.S. based social justice tours; and her latest venture is leading Dyaspora Dyalogs. A series of intracultural dialogues rooted in restorative reconciliation.
